If you’ve ever wished for a sauce that could turn literally anything into a crave-worthy meal, this is it. Z’s Thai Peanut Sauce is creamy, tangy, just the right amount of sweet—and secretly packed with nutrients. It’s the kind of recipe you make once and then wonder how you ever lived without. Drizzle it over grain bowls, toss it with noodles, or use it as a dip for fresh veggies. This one’s a keeper.

A rich, creamy, and slightly spicy sauce perfect for noodles, salads, bowls, or dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter

  • 2 teaspoons organic minced ginger

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tamari (or soy sauce if not gluten-free)

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon tahini

  • 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup hot water (adjust for consistency)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, ginger, agave nectar, Tamari, lime juice, and tahini until smooth.

  2. Gradually add hot water, starting with 2 tablespoons and whisking until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.

  3. If using, stir in the cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed—more lime for tang, more Tamari for saltiness, or more agave for sweetness.

Tips

  • Sauce thickens as it cools—just add a splash of warm water to loosen it up.

  • Keeps in the fridge for 3-5 days. Shake or stir before using.

Whether you're meal prepping for the week or just need something quick to level up dinner, Z’s Thai Peanut Sauce has you covered. It’s simple, versatile, and endlessly delicious. Keep a jar in the fridge—you’ll be glad you did.
